Fee Structure

Fees are based upon a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the client and the unique circumstances relating to the initiative.

Engaging the Institute

The first step in the process is to contact us so that we can begin a dialogue to see how the Institute can meet the organizationís specific needs.

The second step is to have more in-depth conversations about the nature of the consulting needs. This can involve extensive telephone discussions, but ideally involves face-to-face meetings and the opportunity for us to meet with a variety of key individuals in the organization so that we fully understand the context within which the initiative will occur.

Generally, the third step in the process is for the Institute to develop and present a formal proposal to the organization for the engagement which will include a discussion of our understanding of the needs, our proposed plan of action, a timeline and a budget.

Once an agreement has been reached, the work can begin. Frequent interaction is desirable throughout the project. Once the project has been completed, an evaluation will be completed and follow up activities identified.

These steps are meant to be illustrative of a typical Institute project. We stand ready to be flexible to meet an organizationís unique needs and to alter this model to respond to the specific circumstances involved.
